An exciting opportunity to start your career within a busy, forward thinking estate agency in Southsea. Assisting the letting office with all aspects of administrative duties. Excellent starting apprenticeship salary with bonus commission structure.

What’s Involved/Duties:

  • Assist in drawing up contracts;
  • Assist in checking tenants in and out of properties;
  • Update window displays;
  • Sales paperwork;
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, vendors and buyers;
  • Book viewings;
  • Other general admin and IT duties.

Desired Qualifications.

  • No formal qualifications are required but an interest in the property industry would be advantageous.

  • Be confident with data entry and administration;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good attention to detail;

Training Provided:

  • The successful candidate will be working towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
  • You will develop the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours expected of a Business Administrator which includes:
    • ICT;
    • Record and document production;
    • Decision making;
    • Interpersonal skills;
    • Communication;
    • Quality;
    • Planning and organisation;
    • Project Management;
    • Business fundamentals and processes;
    • Working with stakeholders.
  • Off the job training will be provided, where you will have the time to complete your portfolio work, attend off job training seminars and have allocated time for mentoring and being shadowed.

Expected Apprenticeship Duration:

  • 13  months.

Annual Wage:

  • £10,400.00 – £14,000.00

Working Week:

  • Working week to be confirmed;
  • Total hours per week: 40.

Starting Date:

  • 26th August 2019
