A fantastic opportunity to be a part of the outbound business calling team at Victory Communications Ltd. If you have a great deal of personality and good communication skills, then this is the apprenticeship for you! What’s Involved/Duties:

You will start with fun and expert training, lots of listening on current sales team and gaining knowledge, skills and most of all confidence. Upon completion of induction and dedicated mentoring and guidance you will then start to generate your own calls, using flowcharts and helpful systems to be successful in your call and customer journey.

As you gain confidence and experience the bonus scheme incentives allows you to reach you On Target Earning as which will lead to an additional bonus. The bonus scheme increases as you gain more experience and confidence.

HTP and Victory Communications are there to develop you and coach you to become the best at your apprenticeship.

Upon initial training you key responsibilities are:

  • Outbound calling B2B from a pre supplied list of customers;
  • Calling to get information regarding Customers’ mobiles and/or broadband;
  • Recording information if the opportunity for business is over three months;
  • Pass leads for Sales team for anything sooner than three months;
  • Identify and generate new business. 

Desired Qualifications.

  • GCSE grades A-C (9-4) or equivalent;
  • Maths and English Level 1 or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

  • Be organised and able to prioritise a busy workload;
  • Be confident with data entry and administration;
  • Strong relationship building skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good attention to detail;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a small team;
  • Work on your own initiative;
  • Experience of working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
  • Professionalism, confidentiality and an enthusiasm to learn.

Training Provided:

  • The successful candidate will be working towards the Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2;
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT (if required);
  • Off the job training will be provided, where you will have the time to complete your portfolio work, attend off job training seminars and have allocated time for mentoring and being shadowed.

Expected Apprenticeship Duration:

  • 13  months.

Annual Wage:

  • £9,360.00

Working Week:

  • Monday – Friday;
  • Excludes bank holidays;
  • 8:30am – 5:30pm;
  • Total hours per week: 40

Starting Date:

  • 22nd August 2019
