We’re better together

We’re living in unprecedented times. Times when the challenges facing the public sector are immense, as we begin our road to recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic, with huge debt levels and financial constraints, increasing demands from the communities we serve and real challenges in making change stick in an ever-changing and complex world.

But, one thing that we have all learned during this time is that our ability to make a lasting difference and create real change is best achieved if we work together. By removing silos and organisational boundaries, we’ve made real progress.

As we move forward, the public sector will be looked to as a beacon of change. Change that will shape the way in which organisations conduct themselves and work together, and in doing so, they’ll set the tone for the way forward. Together, their efforts will support citizens, residents and patients in the most challenging of times.

On a broader level, the many issues we face, as a nation are complex, and often beyond the scope of any single public service organisation. If we are to make real progress on real issues such as community safety, obesity, supporting the ageing population, loneliness, mental health, homelessness, and domestic violence, we need to think differently, we need to acquire new skills and we need to adopt new ways of working.

That’s why we’ve developed a bespoke programme, specifically designed to equip public service professionals with the skills, know-how and confidence to deliver service transformation through collaboration, multi-agency and multi-disciplinary team working.

The time is now

Why wait to see the result of collaborative transformation? We offer a flexible delivery format so that you get the support you need, when you need it most – at a time and place to suit you.

Just like all our programmes, our Collaborative Transformation and Shared Services programme combines real work with bespoke training  to help develop know-how. Why not consider a bespoke cohort from across different departments, organisations or partners to develop a truly collaborative team from day one?

  • Break down departmental silos and create collaborative advantage
  • Drive partnerships by upskilling multi-agency, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Develop multi-partner shared services relationships
  • Integrate services across communities and places
  • Strengthen supplier relationships with key partners in the third sector or small business partners who do not have access to levy funding.

We’ve been working with companies of all shapes and sizes, and learners of all ages and stages of life for over 20 years, so we know first-hand the many benefits that an Apprenticeship can bring to an organisation, and to the individual.

Our new programme is designed to equip learners with all the skills, knowledge and behaviour they need to become a truly successful, collaborative leader – as well as boosting confidence and professional agility.

And, because all our programmes are delivered mainly in the workplace, learners can begin applying what they’ve learned right away. Whether it’s working on a collaborative project, motivating and influencing others, using theory to underpin and support partnership project teams, or simply developing new ideas, innovations and ways of working.
