HTP Apprenticeship College have a number of exciting roles across the Island for Business Administration Level 3.
You will be developed and mentored to achieve and succeed within your role and start your career in a placement that you’ll enjoy, earn, learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification with HTP – a supportive and established Grade 1 outstanding Ofsted provider.
Brief Overview of the Role:
These roles are based in busy offices around the Isle of Wight across a wide range of business types. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adopt a proactive approach to developing skills.

How could you progress?
The administration role provides a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles. Candidates may progress onto a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
The programme is predominantly work-based, with 20% of training being delivered off job. Additional knowledge sessions, including regular reviews containing activity planning and target setting are delivered by visiting training consultants.
Monday to Friday – approximately 40 hours per week.
Above national Apprenticeship Wage.
Expected Apprenticeship Duration:
12 – 15 months.
