Business Administration Level 2Intermediate Apprenticeship
The Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration is for learners who work in, or who want to work in Business Administration. Typical job roles could include, Administrator, Business Support Officer, Office Junior Receptionist and could be in either the Public or Private sectors.
What will I learn?
Learners are required to complete the following mandatory units:
- Communication in a Business Environment
- Understand Employer Organisations
- Principles or Providing Administrative Services
- Principles of Business Document Production and Information Management
- Manage Personal Performance and Development
- Develop Working Relationships with Colleagues
Learners then have a choice of optional units to complete. There is a wide range available to meet the needs of their own work role and the business where they are employed.
How will I be assessed?
You will complete a portfolio of evidence from the workplace for each unit with some units including online testing. Your Training Consultant will observe you in the workplace where you will demonstrate your own competence.
What could this Apprenticeship lead to?
After you have successfully completed this qualification you can progress onto the Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration.
(Candidates will study and take the tests for level 2 in English and Maths once Level 1 has been achieved)

In the workplace. Some knowledge sessions and testing may take place at one of our campuses.
