We offer a range of information, advice and guidance for learners, parents/guardians/carers – and employers. From researching different opportunities, to applying, interviewing, and starting an Apprenticeship or other job – we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Amazing Apprenticeships  is a leading organisation in the education sector, founded to tackle misconceptions about apprenticeships and promote the benefits.

Find an Apprenticeship  is the Government’s website where you can register your profile, search vacancies and apply for an apprenticeship – you must be 16 or over.

Labour Market Information a useful tool which enables you to compare working hours and average wages of job roles in the UK that you’re interested in pursuing.

National Careers Service  provides information, advice and guidance to help you make decisions on learning, training and work. This service is available to people who live in England.

Portsmouth City Council Careers Portal  offers job seekers information on various employment opportunities, including temporary positions and Apprenticeships.

Southampton City Council  are working in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and No Limits to support the city’s young people into training, apprenticeships and employment opportunities with the new Young Adults Employment Hub.

UCAS  is an independent charity providing information, advice, and admissions services to inspire and facilitate educational progression.

Zety UK a career website with an online resume builder and easy-to-use cover letter generator. Users can choose from over 20 customizable templates and design the perfect resume or cover letter with the help of prompts, tips, and expert advice.

Temporary campus closure

Due to exciting work starting to expand facilities at The Old Grammar School Campus, the building will be closed until the beginning of August.

In the meantime please refer all contact and visits to our Riverbank Campus in Little London, Newport PO30 5BS.

All calls will automatically be redirected, and apprentices and students will be notified directly of any changes to training or exam arrangements.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this work is being carried out.

Our Portsmouth Campus is unaffected and is operating as normal.
