You’ll train directly in local hospitality businesses, learning from experienced professionals while developing sought-after industry skills.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be fully prepared for job interviews with local employers – and ready to shine in your new role.

What you’ll experience:

• In-person training days to kickstart your journey.
• Weekly group sessions to learn, connect, and build confidence.
• Hands-on work experience in a hospitality setting with guidance from your coach and a workplace mentor.
• Tailored short courses to gain recognised qualifications:
  • Personal Licence Holder (Level 2)
  • Food Safety (Level 2)
• Employer visits
• One-to-one mentoring and progress reviews to keep you on track.
• Employment preparation masterclasses to perfect your CV, applications, and interview skills.
• Interview experience with employers to help you step into work with an optional Apprenticeship pathway

*if you are currently in work, your employer will make a contribution of at least £250.
