If you’re 16-24, don’t miss this fantastic new opportunity to get into the work involved in dining, events, housekeeping, or hands-on food preparation at the historic Albert Cottage hotel in East Cowes.
You’ll spend up to 10 weeks gaining the real knowledge, skills and experience you need to progress onto a genuine full-time job with an Apprenticeship in this fast-paced and supportive environment. You’ll combine learning valuable practical skills in the hotel with campus-based tuition to improve your confidence and achieve real qualifications, including Maths, English & Digital Skills if required.
Then, upon completion you’ll go on to do a full Level 2 Apprenticeship as either a Hospitality Team Member or Commis Chef.
