What is Pathway to Employment?
Free support to help you move forward
Pathway to Employment is a free local programme for young people in Portsmouth who are not currently working, in education or in training.
You’ll get friendly, practical support to help you understand your options, build your confidence and start taking realistic steps towards work, further training or your next opportunity.
This isn’t about having everything sorted. It’s about starting from where you are.
