The Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CR&S) Practitioner role is pivotal across public, private, and third sector organizations. These practitioners drive social and environmental change within businesses, integrating these values into everyday practices. CR&S Practitioners engage with various stakeholders internally and externally, facilitating understanding and alignment with CR&S goals. What will I learn?

During the apprenticeship you will gain a wide range of knowledge and skills including modules related to Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CR&S), owning and delivering initiatives, fostering internal relationships, engaging with community organisations, promoting CR&S practices, developing strategies, collecting data for reporting, organizing events, ensuring compliance with standards, identifying risks, staying informed on social and environmental issues, managing CR&S budget, training colleagues, contributing to industry rankings and memberships, sharing information through communication channels, and supporting fundraising activities for CR&S projects.

How will I be assessed?

Throughout your Apprenticeship your Training Consultant will work with you to identify areas for development and design and deliver training to meet these needs. Continuous assessment activities will be used to ensure you develop the competencies you need to achieve the Apprenticeship standard. Once training has been completed you will demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours you have learnt through a work based project, presentation followed by questions and answers and a professional discussion based on a portfolio of work you will build during your Apprenticeship.
