Overview
Accommodation Team Members work in the heart of hospitality. You’ll make sure guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas are clean, welcoming and well-maintained.You might also support front-of-house teams, liaise with maintenance or help resolve guest queries. This apprenticeship gives you the confidence and skills to deliver consistently high standards. You’ll learn by doing — working in a real hospitality setting, supported by expert trainers. If you’re motivated, friendly and enjoy practical work, this is a great place to start.
What you’ll learn
Over 12 months (plus a 3-month EPA period) you’ll master:
- Guest services
- Greet and check-in/out guests
- Provide room and guest information
- Housekeeping & maintenance
- Clean and replenish roomsReport and resolve issues
- Health, safety & security
- Follow hygiene protocols
- Secure guest areas
- Communication & teamwork
- Handle guest requests
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, maintenance
- Professional conduct
- Apply hospitality values
- Show honesty, reliability and respect
You’ll also complete English and Maths to Level 2 if required.
