Overview

The aim of this qualification is to inspire and enthuse you if you are considering a career in the Business sector. We will help you develop a broad knowledge as well as the skills required to progress onto an Advanced Apprenticeship in a wide range of job roles.
What would I do on this course?

Assessment

The BTEC Level 1/Level 2 First Extended Certificate in Business include two externally-assessed units. The remaining units are internally assessed at HTP and the evidence for assessment will be generated through a range of activities, including role play, practical performance and verbal presentations.

Would I always be in the classroom?

The qualification is classroom-based although we will also arrange work experience for you with a local employer to help give you a real insight into this type of work.
