This may be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality and be one-off or routine contacts. You will develop the knowledge and skills you need to deal with orders, payments, offer advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, fix problems, after care and service recovery.
What will I learn?

You will also develop your experience in team working, personal organisation and dealing with conflict and much more.

How will I be assessed?

During training you will work with your Training Consultant who will develop and deliver a wide range of activities which meet your learning needs and styles.
