Overview

The role of a Customer Service Practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to customers. This may be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality and be one-off or routine contacts. You will develop the knowledge and skills you need to deal with orders, payments, offer advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, fix problems, after care and service recovery.
What will I learn?

You will gain a wide range of knowledge and skills through this Apprenticeship which will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with your organisation. You will learn how to deliver excellent customer service in a range of situations including face to face, telephone, post, email, text and social media. You will also develop your experience in team working, personal organisation and dealing with conflict and much more.

How will I be assessed?

During training you will work with your Training Consultant who will develop and deliver a wide range of activities which meet your learning needs and styles. Continuous assessment activities will ensure you gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to successfully complete your training. Once formal training has finished you will demonstrate what you have learnt by showcasing the work you have completed, undertaking a practical observation and participating in a professional discussion.

What advice and guidance can I expect to receive?

From the time you contact us, during training, and after you complete your programme, our experienced staff are on hand to provide you with the help and advice you need to achieve your career aspirations.
