Overview

This apprenticeship will enable you to develop the skills you need to be successful as an HR Manager. This role is likely to include handling day to day queries and providing HR advice; working on a range of HR processes from recruitment through to retirement; using HR systems to keep records; providing relevant HR information to the business and working with the business on HR changes. You will also be providing advice to managers on a wide range of HR issues in line with company policy and employment law.
What will I learn?

During your Apprenticeship you will develop a good understanding of HR legislation and a sound understanding of the HR Policies that are relevant to your role, including where to find expert advice. You will also learn how to handle conflict, dealing with sensitive HR situations professionally and confidentially, and gain the skills required to deal effectively with customers and colleagues to build relationships and trust.

How will I be assessed?

During your training you will work closely with your Training Consultant to ensure you develop the skills and knowledge you require to completed your apprenticeship. On completion of formal training you will demonstrate what you have learnt by completing a consultative project and undertaking a professional discussion.

What can I do after this Apprenticeship?

On completion of this Apprenticeship you will be able to progress onto a Team Leading L3 or Operations Departmental Manager L5 Apprenticeship.
