What will I learn?
During your Apprenticeship you will develop a basic understanding of HR in your sector including legislation. You will also learn about the systems, tools and processes used in the role and the standards to be met.
How will I be assessed?
During your training you will work closely with your Training Consultant to ensure you develop the skills and knowledge you require to completed your apprenticeship. On completion of formal training you will demonstrate what you have learnt by completing a consultative project and undertaking a professional discussion.
