Overview

Learning Practitioners must have an energy and enthusiasm for work focused on delivering the best learning outcomes possible. This apprenticeship will provide you with an excellent grounding in all aspects of planning, delivering and evaluating training. You will learn how to identify learning needs, design and source solutions and deliver effective training. You will also further develop your communication, interpersonal, team working and collaborative skills.
What will I learn during the programme?

You will gain knowledge and skills in all aspects of the training cycle, from consulting with others to identifying learning gaps, evaluation of delivery options, designing of engaging and innovative materials suitable for a range of media and evaluating the impact of learning from both the individual learners’ experience and the organisational perspective.

How will I be assessed?

Throughout your Apprenticeship you will work with an HTP Training Consultant who will undertake continuous assessment activities and provide you with feedback to ensure you develop the knowledge and skills you need to successfully complete your training. You will demonstrate what you have learnt by undertaking a work based project followed by a professional discussion and delivering a presentation based on the learning journal you will have built up during your Apprenticeship.
