Overview
What would I do on this course?
Modules you will cover include:
- Employability Skills – How to improve your employment opportunities
- Basic Food Preparation – including outdoor cooking
- How the Body Works – having an understanding of keeping your mind and body healthy
- Teamwork – Working together with your group to achieve shared goals
- Planning and Reviewing – Planning activities and evaluating the outcomes
- Presentation Skills – improve your communication and confidence
Would I always be in the classroom?
No. This is a predominately an outdoor activity programme, and there is associated classroom work around the completion of the units and the development of Maths and English if required. Work experience is also part of this programme to identify and support your future career choices.
