Overview
This Apprenticeship is suitable for anyone working as a Compliance Officer supporting activities within a range of businesses and liaising with front line regulators. In this role you will be providing monitoring and oversite of the compliance activities of the supply chain to assure product and process quality and safety, as well as legality.
What will I learn?
During the Apprenticeship you will gain a wide range of knowledge and skills including assessing the extent to which the business meets the requirements of the law and audit standards. Providing information, guidance and advice on how to comply with legislation, conducting risk assessments, highlighting hazards and writing reports following inspections or audits. As part of the programme you will also consider how to manage relationships, provide customer service and investigate complaints from customers and other businesses.
How will I be assessed?
During your training you will work closely with your Training Consultant to ensure you develop the skills and knowledge you require to completed your apprenticeship. On completion of formal training you will demonstrate what you have learnt by completing a knowledge exam, observation of professional practice, an interview and professional discussion.
