HTP Apprenticeship college is seeking to recruit an additional member of staff for our Apprenticeship Team due to growth in Business, Management and HR programmes.
Candidates must be occupationally competent – ideally to supervisory or management level – with recent and relevant industry experience in a business environment.
Enthusiasm, thriving on working in a results-driven environment and being committed to the success of apprentices are essential qualities that will be required. The role is both challenging and rewarding and will involves a mixture of knowledge–based coaching and training, assessing in the workplace and off–the–job training delivery in a class or virtual environment. Apprentices will follow programmes between levels 2 & 5 in Business, Management, Customer Service and HR.
Previous experience and qualifications in assessing, verifying and teaching would all be desirable, but are not essential as HTP Apprenticeship College will support suitable candidates to acquire such experience and qualifications should they demonstrate the necessary drive and determination to succeed.
Candidates must have:
- Access to their own transport as the posts will involve visiting learners and employers in the workplace.
- A good academic level of both Maths and English. (minimum GCSE Grade C or 4)
- Recent Industry experience, ideally at a supervisory or management level and/or in HR.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
This post is full-time (5 days) or part-time (4 days) and is a permanent position attracting a good remuneration and benefits package dependent upon experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a range of training and development which will be fully supported by HTP. Please note that an HTP working day is from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4-30pm Friday.
