We deliver a range of full time study programmes and Apprenticeship programmes and are seeking to recruit an additional member of staff to work within our exams and administration team based in Newport covering the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth.
Candidates must have a good level of administration experience, a good level of Maths and English qualifications (GCSE or Level 2 Function Skills equivalent), be able to work efficiently and accurately at all times and have good IT skills. Based in a small team, the role will involve working and communicating with HTP staff, Learners, Employers and external bodies. Therefore a high level of written and verbal communication skills will be essential, along with a helpful disposition. Administration duties will vary and could include: data input, reception duties, exam set up and invigilation, distribution of results and certificates and auditing and archiving.
HTP is an Investor in People and will support suitable candidates to acquire additional experience and qualifications where these will be required to carry out the role to the desired level.
The vacancy is full time and attracts a good remuneration and benefits package dependent upon experience and qualifications. Candidates must have access to their own transport as the posts will involve visiting HTP centres and travelling to administer exams at employers premises or other suitable locations on the island and on the mainland.
