We deliver a range of full time and Apprenticeship programmes and are seeking to recruit an additional member of staff to work at our Riverbank Campus, Little London Newport.
Candidates must have a good level of administration and/or Customer Service skills and experience, a good level of Maths and English qualifications (GCSE or Level 2 Function Skills equivalent), be able to work efficiently and accurately at all times and have good IT skills. Based on Reception at the Riverbank campus the role will involve working and communicating with HTP staff, Learners, and external bodies. So a high level of written and verbal communication skills will be essential along with a helpful disposition.
HTP will support suitable candidates to acquire additional experience and qualifications where these will be required to carry out the role to the desired level.
