Congratulations to Harry Ridley, Lettings Negotiator at Island estate agent Hose Rhodes Dickson.

Harry has gained a Distinction in his Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. He studied with HTP, receiving on-the-job training as part of his role at Hose Rhodes Dickson’s Cowes office.

Harry’s proud to be graduating and enjoyed his time as an Apprentice.

“It was a pleasure to learn with HTP,” Harry said. “The tasks allowed me to develop skills within business administration and built significantly on my existing skill sets. My tutors were very positive and provided me with the steps I needed to grow. I would 100% recommend an Apprenticeship and the incredible facility and educational hub that HTP offers.”

Harry began studying in September 2020 and completed his training at the start of this year. His Business Administrator training saw him develop strong communication skills, learn how to manage priorities, problem-solve, make decisions and develop others through mentoring and coaching.

Matthew White, Director at Hose Rhodes Dickson congratulated Harry on his success and achievement.

“Harry’s personal and career development is testament to his drive and commitment that has allowed him to both graduate with a distinction whilst taking lead responsibility for our very successful Cowes lettings office. The support and guidance that both Harry and Hose Rhodes Dickson have received from the team at HTP has been, as ever, invaluable.”

Matthew added, “Hose Rhodes Dickson has experienced a great deal of success with our programme of career and personal development of school and college leavers entering the property sales and lettings sector, in partnership with HTP. I am delighted that most of those newcomers today hold key positions within the firm and remain on a focused path of continuous development and industry specific qualification attainment”.

Simon Attrill, HTP’s Head of Business Development, says that Harry’s success is a strong example of how a business and an individual can grow by using Apprenticeships to develop staff members.

“Congratulations to Harry! It’s great to work with businesses like Hose Rhodes Dickson who are investing in their team. Apprenticeships aren’t just for school leavers and they are a brilliant way to develop management skills for current staff, developing talent and enabling career progression from within.”
