HTP Apprenticeship College offers a range of qualifications for the Post-16 Education sector including Learning and Development, Teaching, Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance.
The purpose of Learning and Development is to help improve the performance of staff by developing their skills and knowledge. Learning and Development – sometimes also referred to as Training and Development – is usually designed to match the performance of staff to ensure the needs of the business or organisation are met. This is usually achieved by providing training for staff where skills gaps have been identified. HTP Apprenticeship College offers the Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development Apprenticeship – ideal for those working on their own or as part of a wider team delivering or organising learning in a variety of settings, including the workplace and training establishments.
Other qualifications include the Level 3 Award in Education and Training which has replaced the PTTLS qualification. This is an excellent qualification that introduces candidates to the world of teaching by providing the necessary knowledge and skills to plan, deliver and evaluate basic teaching and learning sessions.
The Level 3 and 4 Training, Assessment, Quality Assurance qualifications (TAQA) provide people who carry out assessment and internal quality assurance roles in their organisation with the opportunity to develop and improve their practice, as well as achieving a professional qualification. They have been developed for those working in either accredited learning or non-accredited learning and will equip a wide range of assessors, trainers, facilitators and teachers to support learners. The Level 3 TAQA replaces the A1/A2 Assessor Award and the Level 4 TAQA replaces the V1/V2 Units Verifier Awards.
Thousands of people have gained valuable qualifications through HTP. You can too!
